Looks OK to me, but I would not sign it as a land owner. I would expect you to have general liability insurance for things like this, to do your due diligence and duty of care. Some may sign, perhaps many will sign. But really, it is ALL on you.

This is more for residential, small commercial and WISP/FISP work . I assume if I get into a bigger drill and bigger work, those contracts will address all that.
