Ken - All of the things you said about ISP customers and billing are all
things we utilize in Powercode.  I 100% agree that you'll never love your
billing system.  But yeah - it does what you said in your message.  I'm
sure other systems do also,   Probably the biggest differences are (a)
idiosyncrasies of the particular system and (b) support.
