There's also a lot of arrogance over there. I thought the company culture would
change when Simon left, but it hasn't.

We've used a few of their integrations (Avalara, Linxup, etc.) as soon as they
were available. Every time, there were show-stoppers showing that they never
actually tested the integration before they told their customers it was ready.
One of the third parties even told us that there's no possible way that it
could have worked with the data they were seeing. It's like they just read the
API documentation, built based on that, then planted the flag.

I've pointed out to them that their 477\BDC generation is broken and
incomplete. They refused. I piled on the evidence. Their response? Oh, once we
get around to it, we'll see what we can do about it. Um, that's something
that's important for every ISP\voice operator to do every 6 months, and you do
it wrong. Meanwhile, they continue to talk about improvements that no one wants
(well, I'm sure some do, but no one in any of the communities or in their own
feature request system seems to care about them). Regulatory compliance should
be near the top of everyone's list.

Mike,

I'm finding Sonar makes many assumptions on how things "should be" done. They
have put me in a little box and I'm trying to program my way out of it.
