I actually had a case before the FCC that hinged on the FCC understanding the Julian calendar day numbers we used in billing.  The switch recorded the julian day number as part of the date and time of a call.  Some FCC staffer was sure it was a nefarious cheat of some kind.

If bill is wrong about your birthday, what other things has he misled us about over the years? One has to think about every business or network struggle, how many of those can be traces back to afmug bill  misleading us. I hold bill accountable for shutting down my underground company, and my wife hating me, probably had a hand in my knee pain. Handing out info all willy nilly without first fact checking
