Using Gamechanger or similar cable can likely do it in a single run, but may end up only at 100mbit as running at gigabit is not guaranteed at that distance. Otherwise use a MikroTik GPER switch/repeater unit halfway, most newer Cambium radios will work with it as they accept the MT style PoE pinout. Make sure to provide 2-3x extra amperage to account for the higher radio amperage usage due to voltage drop, and the added load of the GPER. I suggest running it at 55V instead of 48V.
