They make pairs of extender thingies you can buy. They'll be 10/100Mbps because they're doing a voltage step up and step down on the spare pairs for power and then bridging traffic with something like VDSL on the data pairs. At least I think that's how they work. The ones I've seen said they'll extend 30W 802.3at up to 400m / 1200ft.
