If you're averse to using Ubiquiti equipment there are a lot of other
options. This one just popped up and has optical in/out for the audio,
which is good for preserving quality and not spending a ton.

You would have to either convert the XLR to RCA or digital (RCA is much
easier, requiring only the correct cable).
