I see all sorts of seminars giving business advice for ISPs but none seem to address "how not to get discouraged" or "how to stay upbeat when talking to customers these days".
Even if you're selling shiny new FTTH, it seems that government subsidized fiber, 5G Home Internet, and LEO satellite are all trying to put us out of business.
