I don’t disagree with what you are showing in your attachment.   However, the 
user by itself  doesn’t show as the From under Outlook or Gmail, which shows 
[email protected]  (on behalf of Josh Reynolds <[email protected]> ).  It simply 
shows the person's name as the sender (as it does now)

It is not immediately possible (or needed IMO) to show that "on behalf part" in 
the same way.   When you click Reply, it replies to [email protected] like it did 
before.

I think we are talking about subtle "shades" as far as that topic goes.  We 
haven’t looked at Thunderbird yet, and that may change our opinion..

Sure it was. The "From" header is very clearly the sender's email address. See 
attached screenshot of a random header sample.
