We did 3 locations. Top of tower, bottom of tower, and inside the building just before the surge protector. I have seen others install these every 50'.

Yes we are using shielded ends.  They are really tricky to get on. We also use 
those exact grounding kits.

Do you also bond the shield to ground the same way you would LMR cable
