No shielded ends... How in the world would you ever get the copper corrugated braid into that?

If your not using it with the Cambium PTP500 cable glands (which have a mechanical grip the digs into the copper) then use something like:

and tie the ground wire to the tower steel or whatever it is you want to protect. Use regular RJ45's for the Ethernet connection.
