Ive had really great luck with them, whether it be them picking an issue up
here from the list and contacting me directly or from initiating support
with them. This last year they have been outstanding, and we arent a high
volume customer. It used to be awful.

Maybe you need to be more of a dick, Im a dick and maybe thats why they
deal with me so quickly, they just dont like me and dont want to have to
alk to me any more than required.
