Yep.  Costs about $10 and if you keep the length of the channel bar tight, it 
looks good.

No welding.  Put channel bars on either side of the 4” bar perpendicularly.  
User some all-thread to compress them against the bar.  Just use the bar clamps 
for the channel bad.
