Of course, the cellcos solve this with wordplay. Like having 2 types of plans, “shared data” and “unlimited”. Where shared data means usage based billing. And unlimited customers get throttled if shared data customers need the bandwidth.
So unlimited means all you can eat (from the dumpster out back) once our more important customers who pay $10 per gigabyte have eaten their fill.
