Turlock area? Integra and Zayo both have routes through that area. They might be willing to open things up. Level 3, Comcast and XO (same route) have long haul but are not very likely to open up the longhaul.

Who knows) where I could pickup some cheap transit... My only option at this location is att, anyone have any feedback on some arrangement that isn't uber expensive ?
