switch to wbmfg GigE-APC-HV surge suppressors and you'll most likely get
ride of the errors ;-)

if not then you may need to run the ethernet lines in liquidtight conduit
(with the metal inside)...that was my project today at a tower with an FM
transmitter that was causing all kinds of problems :-/  got er fixed tho!!!
