So after I sent out this email I got a call probably 20 minutes later, we placed an order and I should have a shipping number today. The person that I spoke to also took down the information regarding the emergency line and is going to determine if there's a breakdown in the IVR somewhere because he said I should have got someone on the line when I went to the emergency section.
While I'm happy that someone got back to me it's still frustrating that it took a mass email to get a call back in a reasonable time frame.
