We are supposed to have a heat index thats pretty high today. when I was doing commercial roofing I about killed two punks because I pushed them harder when they started whining, I didnt know it had hit something like 105 on the thermometer, so this heat index thing was probably pretty high.
do you guys have a temp/heat index youll pull your guys back on? I dont care if they croak, I just dont have time to retrain anybody and get my project load done this summer. -- If you only see yourself as part of the team but you don't see your team as part of yourself you have already failed as part of the team.
