For us that is a safety issue and if the guy doing the work feels like it's an unsafe condition then the work stops. Same as if it's too windy to climb a tower or too cold in the winter.
My guys aren't wimps tho and they'll usually keep going past when I think it's safe and tell them to quit working. If it's too hot then adjust their schedules to start earlier if you need to and quit earlier.
