We saw significant increase Tuesday night and last night too. I am sure 
throughout the day too. But I only look at the peaks. 


Was asking in the office, are we sure we have all the Ap's doing rate limiting. 


But after I saw the windows 10 release. It made sense.

popped up with the notice.  The update is quite reasonable in size too which

I must say though .. so far, I really like Windows 10 compared to 8.1 J
