Microsoft is either still releasing it in batches or probably found critical 
bugs they need to fix.

We saw significant increase Tuesday night and last night too. I am sure 
throughout the day too. But I only look at the peaks.

Was asking in the office, are we sure we have all the Ap's doing rate limiting.

But after I saw the windows 10 release. It made sense.
