Make sure you have automatic updates (like fully automatic) enabled. Then check for updates and let it install any stuff. Maybe a reboot. Then the "Get Windows 10" icon should show up after a while. Then do the reservation thing. Download the utility to make an ISO or USB flash.

None of my computers and tablet would download it via Windows Update, so I did the USB thing and did them all manually.
