Oh yeah. That might work.
Also, reading through the packetflux stuff, it looks like I can use a
sync pipe deluxe to run both the sync injector, as well as provide
timing to up to two more devices.

keep running the sync injector because it's just plain cleaner,
and less prone to issues. But I need to get timing to the PTP450 too.
