Never used microtik radios so lack of experience there.  As far as UBNT AC they 
were not available when we did this link and I got the link as a door prize at 
AF.  Also I have tried AC links and I don't see substantially more bandwidth in 
real tcp throughput on them vs eptp   I think we got 115 mb each way but they 
are using much larger dishes.  I have to say the ac stuff is nice though from 
what I've seen so far
