I don't know how the CMU's act now but I know the older versions of those
would reboot if the case was grounded negative and it should have been
positive. That doesn't make sense for a link that has been up for years but
we did have one that someone had stuffed something metallic in our box and
it happen to short the ground lug. At least that is what I remember. I
could be full of crap too.
