Got a TS-8 that is causing errors on the port.   We go to drop in an HP switch 
and try to upgrade firmware, and somebody at HP made the brilliant decision to 
pull all firmware from their site, move it to another site, and bury it in a 
call tech support to find firmware process.  I've now had to sit through a 
useless chat session, 2 tech support phone numbers, multiple phone menus, and 
I'm still working on it.  WTF is wrong with these companies?  Do they think the 
harder it is to get firmware, the more apt I am to buy their product again?

Ok, my rant is done.  If I wasn't so ticked at HP, I'd be ranting on the POS 
TS-8 I want a refund or exchange for.
