All I know is that when we reboot the device our server or the router that is 
on the other end, we start dropping packets and we get errors on the server 
port.

Im curious about Ts8 issue since we started to use them in a campus deployment
We put a couple of mikrotiks and a ePMP on them to use power and the rest is 
switch.
We use two ptp450 links to bring service level connection to the entire campus.
So far everyone loves the new system.
I took it as far as using Capsman to manage the whole system and implement some
simple acl for roaming.
�We are working now to get radius going to further control bandwidth to 
certain groups.
