That's the most likely scenario.  Any enthusiast knows damn well to keep
away.  The problem is that they've come down in price and become so easy to
use, that your average ignorant joe blow can fly around with one without
thinking about it.  I agree that following the thing home and having a chat
with the operator is the best course of action.  Still... by now these
issues have hit the news enough this summer that you'd think people would
wise up.  :(
