Wow I didn't realize it was 2009, that's a crazy long time ago. Still, there's been SO MUCH effort to try to get away from Java and you can't tell me that it couldn't be done in 5 years. Though I suppose if simply adding a frequency to a working build is a major feat, changing an entire tool is damn near impossible.
