[AFMUG] Stainless Bolts

Is there a spray that can be used to loosen stainless bolts that are
just starting to seize?  They still turn a bit but I dared not try any
farther.  Pre sprayed them with CRC silicone spray but they still
seized.  Was wandering if there was something better then the silicone
spray I could use?
