I you want exact replacement, I have ordered from McMaster-Carr:
18-8 Stainless Steel Hex Head Cap Screw, M8x1.25 thread, 140mm long, fully
threaded, $2.70 ea
18-8 Stainless Steel Serrated-Flange Locknut, M8x1.25 thread, $6.24 per pack
of 25
8 mm is very close to 5/16, so you could probably substitute 5/16-18 x 5 or
6 inches long to get more options.

This a 450 sector. Where can I get replacement nuts and bolts?

I think a good soak of penetrating oil (wd40, etc) should allow them to be
removed, get some silicone bronze nuts and get the problem over for good

Is there a spray that can be used to loosen stainless bolts that are
just starting to seize? They still turn a bit but I dared not try any
farther. Pre sprayed them with CRC silicone spray but they still
seized. Was wandering if there was something better then the silicone
spray I could use?
