Yeah, it's probably sawzall time. But one thought comes to mind, I haven't tried this, but what about lock fluid that is like penetrating oil with graphite in it? I say that because some anti-seize compounds contain graphite.

Might work to smear a little anti-seize on the threads (both sides).
Otherwise get out the hack saw or some armstrong.
