[AFMUG] Cambium RMA Form Broke again?

I submitted some EPMP RMA's 2 days ago and haven't heard anything yet.  
If the form was broke I'll re-submit, but If they are still in 
processing I can wait.  Any way to find out if they made it through?  
I'm not sure if it's supposed to, but I did NOT receive an 
acknowledgement email after I filled out the form.
