I heard that if you don't get something back within 20 or so minutes to
re-submit the ticket.
And if they stop working on your ticket and you haven't heard anything,
re-submit a new ticket explaining the same issue.

I submitted some EPMP RMA's 2 days ago and haven't heard anything
yet. If the form was broke I'll re-submit, but If they are still
in processing I can wait. Any way to find out if they made it
through? I'm not sure if it's supposed to, but I did NOT receive
an acknowledgement email after I filled out the form.
