I agree with using the Mean Well AD-155x if your load is <120W and
you're looking to keep it cheap. A Traco TSP+BCM (or BCMU) is more
expensive, but you get alarm contacts.
Is your backhaul +48 or -48 though?

It is a 3 site MotoTrbo IP SiteConnect radio system. 3 repeater sites
linked together (48VDC for BH) while the repeaters have 12VDC backup.
The Meanwell 12 to 48 converters drop output at 13.1 VDC.

I only have 12VDC at this location so 24 to 48 doesn't help
much, but thanks. I have used those alot. I'll take a look at
the AD-155C which I had somehow missed. That might just be the
ticket. Thanks.

DR-UPS40 is *NOT* 24vdc and 48vdc out. It's pretty much a
relay that enables charging batteries.
ad-155c will do 120 or 220vac in, terminals for the
batteries and 48vdc out

DC 24v to 48v
Meanwell SD-200B-48 - maybe try RSD-200B-48
Both units use these brackets for DIN. You need to buy
your own screws (sorry I don't have that documented)

I am looking for something like the DR-UPS40, which is
24VDC but in 48V. I found a HEP-600C-48 but it also is
a lot more expensive than I want. DIN or standard case
is fine. Does anyone know of something to fit this bill?
I found a couple of things from Altech, RLH, and a
couple of others but none I have used before.
