Did you ever go back and get them going?

I remember one like that. Said it’s not going to work there, the Direct TV guy
put a dish there and it didn’t work. Everything I did was wrong, just like
every other stupid “contractor” that came out to his house. I was doing it
myself on a day that was like zero degrees and the roads were a skating rink.
Finally I just loaded my ladder back on the truck and drove away. The sad
thing was his wife was the one who needed it, she was a nurse who worked from
home doing some kind of medical transcription and used 2 hotspots to get
through the month. But she was married to a jackass.

Yeah, but what if they're already on the roof? I think pushing them off would
be frowned upon.

I'll stop them...tell them my insurance won't allow it. It might even be

I've had it happen... they usually don't even bother to ask, they just come

I often told customers that they were prohibited from using my ladder

Never had anyone challenge me on it.

If they're the type to follow you around, that's very likely to
backfire.... :P

                Hey everyone,

This past couple of weeks a couple of our installers have been
having issues with installing equipment at a customer’s location (not because
it didn’t work, but because the customer is following them absolutely
everywhere they go) and it is adding a lot of time/frustration to their jobs.
Has anyone else on here come up with a nice way to deal with these kind of
situations? They don’t come up all of the time but when they do it is very
frustrating.

                Thanks,

                Ryan
