Not to discourage you, but I actually spent a good amount of time 2 years ago on the Gulf side researching potential opportunities. The bad news is that it is fairly covered very well in most areas (by WISPs or other carriers) which you can make a business case for from Naples to Panama City Beach area. Many areas had access to 50+Mb cable.
