So, let me clear up the details:

The 450i power on and will work on pretty much any non-pair-swapped
injector that provides 48V or 56V with a correct amount of power (i.e.
wattage). Whatever polarity (it doesn't care).

If you need to use PoE out on the supplemental aux out you'll want/need to
use an injector which can provide power on all 4 pairs.

If you need to sync your radios you have several options:

If 10/100 is acceptable to you:
1) A CMM4, with the CMM set to 430 mode, and the external 'pair swap' cable
described in the cambium manual.
2) A PacketFlux 320/430 syncinjector, with the pair swap cable described in
the cambium manual
3) For short cable runs (only) a PacketFlux 10/100 injector powered from
48V (and no more than 52V), with normal CAT5 cables.

If you want Gigabit Connectivity:
4) A PacketFlux Gigabit Syncinjector with normal CAT5 cables.

If you want sync over the timing port:
5) Cambium uGPS
6) A Revision I or later PacketFlux SyncBox 12 (shipping soon).

(There are some smaller than 12 port sync solutions on the roadmap.)

I am not familiar with the CTM functionality as far as sync at 48VDC. It
MAY be available. Ask last mile gear.
