Just moved to MO from Alaska. Can confirm, nobody here knows how to drive.
Cruise control obviously hasn't been invented yet, and if you want to pass
a single semi, be prepared for the guy in front of you to swerve into the
passing lane without using a turn signal just so he can pace the semi for a
good 20 miles.

Rain or snow or shine, MO drivers are consistently horrible all year long :(
