Young and elderly drivers should have more frequent testing. In general, I cannot imagine what a bit tougher driving standard tests would hurt. I am normally not in favor of the government's involvement in anything but the whole cell phone while driving thing has been out of hand for a while. Maybe phones should be disabled while in motion. I use my hands free bluetooth stuff but to be honest, I know I am not as attentive while talking on it even though I am not looking at it.
