Oops sorry, I totally misread this while cooking dinner :( For some reason I was thinking they had an issue accepting your old (low number) ASN, and not a higher 32bit one.
I'll dig through my brocade docs later to see if there's anything they may have missed. Can you post your (edited) Mikrotik BGP config?
