It was their problem. Their Brocade wasn’t doing 32 bit ASN, and they found a work around. So now it works.

It’s got to be something simple on their end or my end. I have nearly the same config set up on another 1072 to another peer and it enteres the accept state with the same ASN. So I’m still leaning towards it being their Brocade. Enable BGP logging in Mikrotik, this should give you better detail. Make sure the info you get back in the log is correct (that they have your AS set right), and double check your config.
