We added an addition to the quarters at the ambulance I worked for, I came
in just as the electircian was finishing up and saw them all ground up. I
told him I didnt want to be "that guy" but they were upside down. He
explained the reason, said it was code too, but ive never verified that,
but the reason makes sense, so ground up ever since for me
