We have gone back to sites and cranked the PSU's feeding the SyncInjectors
up to ~30V.  We had numerous power and sync problems in the cold weather
when our PSU's were outputting ~25-26V (there was ~150ft of cable to the
radio as well).  We'll be rolling 48V at all future sites.
