We are using Maxxwave i7's w/ dual 10g NIC's (you can also get it with a quad 
10g NIC). 

we use a 10g switch in-front to reduce the # of port requirements. 

as for switches with 10g ports... 
Dell have a few 
IBM / Blade Networks / Lenovo have a few 
+ quiet a few others. 

Keep in mind that XFP ports are optically compatible with 10g SFP+ ports, (If 
you want to keep cost down, you can get some older switches that have XFP 
ports).
