Brocade offerings: CER and MLXe platforms. Not cheap, but you can get 4 linespeed 10G ports and 4 1G copper/sfp plus 20 1Gsfp ports.
MLXe has many options, but everything in these two Brocade lines is linespeed. We are a Brocade dealer now, CER-2024F-4x-AC, with dual PSU, ADV-PREM software, NBD replacement, you are looking at $12k. If you look at used gear online, be careful, most of the cards available refurbished online do not support IPv4 full routes.
