The Yagi was the size of a city block and I think they had a 2Kw or 3Kw amp on it. I do know when we changed it to 27MHz to screw with my friends on CB radio, we pegged a lot of S-Meters.

I beleive I recall an 18 mile 23 GHz link. They really stretch things out...
