You can also clear the lake when you just issue PCNs and never build anything, 
just keep renewing the PCNs.

Yup, there's a ton of HFT guys doing crazy things. 80 GHz links 10 miles long. 
I beleive I recall an 18 mile 23 GHz link. They really stretch things out...

You can clear the lake when you launch of 1k' buildings.  :-)
