20x20 is really high.

There are repeaters that use SIP for trunking between geographically
separated sites, they can be connected to IP PBXes not much different than
a normal SIP desk hard phone that speaks G.711 ulaw/alaw.  Same <96kbps
bandwidth requirements. It's sensitive to jitter and packet loss exactly
the same way that any VoIP phone call is.
