Exactly.  Our entire team is extremely professional and fully capable of
making sure each customer has an awesome experience.  No data caps, no
customer service BS, fair competitive price.

When people switch away from us they are usually back in a few months
because they figured out the only thing the competition has is a slick
marketing team that lied to them.  The Phone company is always claiming
Internet for $19.99...well only if you order an $85 phone line, enjoy
1.5mbps and like torturing yourself with their support staff :-/  the cable
company claims fast speed *only available when no one else is using the
Internet...oh yeah and did we mention that we are going to increase the
price each month.
